    Hey Rossi, relleno’s have been my favorite food for over 50 years. Being a 5th generation Southern Californian I grew up eating Mexican food multiple times every week. Sometime in the late 70’s our traditional Christmas Eve dinner became Chile relleno’s, chili verde and everything else that’s makes a standard Mexican dinner. This has always been my favorite meal of the year.
