Read your book and took action. As Frank Zappa sung: "I'm strictly commercial!" My business is much better than the current Residential world, as long as the inventory and/or buyers requirements are priced to the current market. Advisory practice is good too, as not everyone needs a transaction. Ah yes, CCIM designation was worth the blood invested to obtain the "red" pin. Doing quite a bit of Radio at my market's number one AM station and using your teaching suggestion to learn from the listeners. This Stimulus Package will be interesting to see if it really propels the economy back to prosperity. What do you think? Are road construction jobs long term? I think instead, Taxes should be lowered, IRS code simplified and owner-occupied Resi-mortgages be recast or re-modified, where appropriate.
